Lousy customer service

I live in an area where I can only get Verizon, which isn't a bad thing, I typically like this company. My friend and I were trying to fix a problem with her phone with customer service and all was going ok until this man came on the line.We knew what the problem was , it had been happening alot, but he proceeded to argue about it with us. Once we finally got it straightend out, he proceeded to randomly put us on hold mid conversation and then be rude to us when he decided to talk to us. It's people like him that make companies lose long time customers. If we could get service with another company, we would switch. This isn't the first time something with Verizon.
