Verizon Horrible Customer Service - Verizon wirelesss

I am a small business owner and my time is very valuable to me. I have a laundry of things I have to get done today but have been in the store 2x and placed 4 different phone calls. I have been on hold for over and hour and have been transferred 6 different times before speaking to the right person. I am trying to open a new account and they won't let me without showing a copy of my social security card. I have already erased my phone and waited in the store to be helped, only for them to turn me away because I don't have my card. They claim I have an unpaid bill which is inaccurate and have written off my account. All I am trying to do is sign up, buy a phone, and give them my business. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I don't understands how a multi million dollar corporation has automated systems that put you on hold for 30-40 minutes at a time only to transfer you 5 more times, only to put you back on hold. Have better processes set in place. People have to work and can not take the entire day off to be helped or ask a question. Have people take responsibly, handle more than one job instead of passing the buck and handing you off any chance they get. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
