Customer service get English speaking people
Verizon has to be the worst company ever there customer service sucks it's as if my 6 yr old nephew is answering calls you guys want to be cheap and pay for a call center across the country they do not understand English or even kno the times over here I am tired of being on hold and not even getting an understanding !
