I booked a new iPhone6 with a new number for my mum. Then I realized it is cheating me. The new line is 40$ if I do not pay the phone, however if I pay the phone for each month 16$ for 2 years, the line is $20. Further I found they are all the time cheating me while I have 1 number and pay 95$ a month, no rollover. And I was charged once a handred bucks or so for a call and a short message which I made in HongKong. Wow! I then called (1st) to cancel the new number, the lady told me it was canceled. And I would have to tell the FedEx delivery guy to ship the phone back. The next day when the guy dropped the box (it was Saturday) so I told him to take it back without opening the box. Then the bill came, $200 . I called (2nd). The gentlemen told me bad guys will take the phone and run away, so I need to tell the billing dept. to check with device dept. to make sure I am not a bad guy. Well I am not so sure that they are like working in 2 companies? Anyway, the credit was given to me to decrease the bill to a normal 1-number level, which I paid then. Then the bill came, $400 ! There was a $350 early termination penalty. I called (3rd). The lady said they created a ticket, would call me a month ago to settle down, which I never got. Before thanksgiving, I called (4th), another lady told me her manager was going to approve it and shoot me a new bill which I never got. 12/2 today, I called (5th), the lady said I cancelled too late! They have a good reason! I had no choice but repeated my miserable story (5th) to her, she finally removed $350, not tax credit because it is too late? I may take it back next bill, meaning, if you feel it worthies your time and everything, call (6th)? Can I drive to meet their CEO and tell him, "you are fired"? I suppose only one man can do it today, :(:(:(:(:(
