Horrible Service!!!! Dirty business practices. I've been a customer for 5 years. I go into store to buy new phone because mine died. I'm told they don't have any older phones, all they have is iPhone 7. They charge an absorbanant amount with no promotions or deals. Then they tack on $35 to set up the phone that required zero set up. Then they added insurance charges to our bill, when we didn't sign up for insurance. Had to call and get that removed. Then they added a $30 upgrade fee on the next bill because I paid full price for a phone. No mention of an upgrade fee was made when purchasing phone, so on top of $35 set up fee I'm charged $30 upgrade fee. They can't take it off because its already on the bill and a one time fee. Smart aleck customer service rep whom provides no service. I am looking at TMobile rates tonight, we are not staying with Verizon sneaking on extra fees that we didn't sign up for and were not told about. Horrible customer service!!!
