My name is Michael Martin my family and I have been what's Verizon Wireless for more than 16 years the company that has made a name for themselves taking our monthly payments I'm putting it to use to better themselves and their company I have most recently bought and paid for a Moto Z Force by Motorola just shortly before or shortly after my 14 day grace period to return the device I had called and spoke a customer service representative I told the representative of all of my issues she was very polite and helping me however my problem was not solved she was quick to get me off the phone and tell me that my problem was due to my internet service or Wi-Fi not Verizon or the phone I hung up with the gal that day the problem still persisted I'm a very busy person and I do not have time to sit and constantly call customer service and tech support from Verizon because their phones do not work I just recently called and I spoke to 3 different people spending more than two and a half hours on the phone to get the result of I was not paying for and have had to pay a payment on of 700 now all the sudden I go in today after my issue was resolved last evening and in another four and a half hours I'm dissatisfied to come home with the outcome being I am now stuck with a $700 phone payment for a phone that does not even work but I'm more than welcome according to Verizon Wireless to go ahead and upgrade on my other line and spend another 5 - $800 on another cell phone because I am past my 14 day grace period the Verizon initially made me Miss do to blowing me off right around 14 day. When I called to begin with stating then that I did not want the phone speaking to the female customer service representative this is not the first time that I have had this this issue this makes the second phone in a row that Verizon has sent me that does not work properly when I asked the tech support supervisor this evening what I was to do about the situation he simply said he would be more than happy that is the exact same device that I am having trouble with now when I told Verizon Wireless that I refuse to pay for this device they had nothing to say at all except for mr. Martin you have no choice you have already signed the contract f
