  • Refurbished lemons

    I upgraded to a Droid 3 in late September, 2011. Over the following 2 months I noted that even after I powered it off for the night it would power itself on. It wouldn't unlock for incoming calls. Since then, Verizon has sent me three replacements, all refurbished. Still don't have a working Droid 3.   • Verizon employee complaints

    Verizon is so nice it let's it's employees smoke at entrance I would have never expected such a big corporation to allow it's employees to smoke at the door. Today I went to pay my bill and had to walk through 3 employees smoking right next to the door- as in they had to move so I could open the door. On my way out there were 2 new smokers- which brought the grand total to 5 smokers one of which was also picking his nose. So dear verizon I've come up with a great idea. A sign on the door.   • Blackberry Internet charges

    A few weeks I was switching one of my 5 family share phones out. The old phone was a Blackberry Curve. The new phone was a Samsung Galaxy. Both being smartphones, I thought this would be an easy swap. Only to discover that I was being charged some mysterious extra internet fee for the Blackberry - a fee that I was unable to remove on line. This fee supposedly made the Blackberry a tethering modem.
