    Horrible Service!!!! Dirty business practices. I've been a customer for 5 years. I go into store to buy new phone because mine died. I'm told they don't have any older phones, all they have is iPhone 7. They charge an absorbanant amount with no promotions or deals. Then they tack on $35 to set up the phone that required zero set up. Then they added insurance charges to our bill, when we didn't sign up for insurance. Had to call and get that removed.   • On my 3rd replacement phone through Verizon

    Today, I went into Verizon and yet again had to get another refurbished replacement phone of the iPhone 6. I am going on my THIRD one. I am upset over the fact, that i had my 2nd phone for no more than a month before it was stuck a hard restart screen. They saw no physical or water damage and returned it and sent me a new one. A few weeks later i received an e-mail of having to pay $300 for the OLD REFURBISHED PHONE. Thats half the price of a new one and its ridiculous.   • Verizon Wireless, Verbally Abused

    So I went to put on my Gear2 smartwatch today since I was on call and working in the yard. Went to forward my calls to it and there was an update which I was forced to download, and then the app wouldn't open. The Verizon tech support guy proceeded to tell me that I needed a new watch, and when I repeated that the app was telling me my phone was incompatible, then went on to tell me that I "need to understand how your devices work if you're going to take on the responsibility of owning them (?)" in an extremely rude manner.   • An important customers and very expensive phones in service

    About a year and some change ago, I bought an LG G4 from Verizon. The features provided initially were great. However, the phone hardly lasted me six months. I spent hundreds of dollars on this thing expecting to get at least a year or two out of it.... NOPE! The phone went black for no reason one day, and got stuck in a boot loop.   • Inept customer service, dishonest promotional promises

    I have returned to Verizon Wireless after several years away and been incredibly disappointed by the service received. First, I got the run around when trying to get my $200 credit for switching my two lines to them. The most common service/promotion any carrier provides - i.e. crediting the balance due on the lines being converted - was a huge challenge for this group.   • Data limitations

    Its sad how much i pay for data with Verizon and now if you go over they wont charge you, they will just make you slower(3G) and you will be frustrated every minute of it! This is done so you go and upgrade your data plan and pay more money. Verizon is one if the most expensive cellphone carriers with the worst service. I pay almost $100 a month which is crazy for limited data and crappy service. I should have never change from Sprint.... Now i have 520 days left with Verizon, but who is counting!     I recently started getting unlimited talk text and I thought web to but I was told $45 is what it would cost for limited everything but come to find out 45 only comes with 500 megabites of data..ive spent oer $75 this month just on data packages..i am hoping Verizon can make this riht cause it was their people who told me that awful lie...thank hyou More...

  • Lousy customer service

    I live in an area where I can only get Verizon, which isn't a bad thing, I typically like this company. My friend and I were trying to fix a problem with her phone with customer service and all was going ok until this man came on the line.We knew what the problem was , it had been happening alot, but he proceeded to argue about it with us. Once we finally got it straightend out, he proceeded to randomly put us on hold mid conversation and then be rude to us when he decided to talk to us.   • Terrible service at its finest!!!!

    I Called verizons customer servic on 2/9/14 and asked about an upgrade for our second line as the iphone was only holding a charge for 5 minutes!! The gentleman on the phone told me he would tlk with his supervisor, and after waiting for 40 miutes on hold he came back and said my supervisor wants to know if you would be interested in the edge program? I told him i have researched it before and you end up paying more for the phone, and i would have to discuss it with my fiance.   • Every year it gets worse and worse for me...

    Me and my family have been with this company for many many years.. It seems to have only gotten worse every year. This year, to top it all off... I just so happened to have enough money to get my phone upgraded. My phone bill at the time for my old phone was at $75 (Nice right!?!)
