Verizon Wireless Complaint

Verizon will Harass you!!
I have been a customer for over 14 years until yesterday. I have never been treated so poorly in the past few years. The first is if a bill is due on the 4th and I choose to pay it 20 days later - which i know is late - I should not be punished with 9 phone calls a day from Verizon from day 10 and on.... You would think that i owe them hundreds of dollars and that my bill was over 30 days old. Then god forbid you have a problem with anything - when you call customer service - they make you explain so much detail just to tell you that you have to be transferred to someone else and it goes on and on. Until you are screaming at someone and you find you have been on the phone for over an hour.
Their customer service is poor - The harassment phone calls are illegal according to the law and they believe they are untouchable because they are a big company. I HATE VERIZON - There is nothing they can do. They claim someone will call you but which call will that be out of the 10 more today? And even if they do call - what would you even offer a customer that stayed with you for over 14 years? According to your customer service people - NOTHING - that is exactly what they told me before! I would not spend one more penny on Verizon - At&T Showed me more love in the past two days then Verizon ever did in 14 years!
