Verizon "loyalty program" is a joke!!

Don't do the verizon loyalty plan!! They make it sound like you are getting a good deal but it will end up being just as much, or in our case, more! Also, they don't tell you that it extends your contract. Our contract was supposed to be up in October, now it's pushed back 6 more months and they never even told us. We called customer service and let's just say, they didn't have the loyalty us as they expect us to have to them. I can't wait to leave this scamming ass company!!
