Verizon Wireless sell representive - wirless store products and plan
I went to Verizon sore located in Alexandria, VA, A young lady was helping me to move from one carrier to Verizon, but when she went through a plan, selected by me, she did not explain the plan correctly did not explain the discount that was offered by my company correctly. and when I asked for the whole switche process to be cancel she wanted me to pay a restocking fee, which I thought it is bad business approach, in addition she is the one who opened the devise and told me a different rate and and slightly different plan. I do believe that these company and likes should not have the permission to be able to charge somebody if the customer is not happy with the end result of the offered plan while still in the store. Especially when I have not even taken the device out of store not even for one minute.
